Ginger Bread Frosting

4 egg whites
6 c. powdered sugar
1/2 t. cream of tart

With electric mixer beat egg whites with 1 c. sugar and cram of tart until smooth.

Add remaining sugar one cup at a time. Mix until creamy smooth.
